Send the number of large cases, cabin bags, strollers, folding wheelchairs and bulky items. Include approximate dimensions for unusually large equipment. A group of ten with small overnight bags creates a different storage requirement from ten guests arriving for a long holiday. Neither example establishes a guaranteed luggage allowance.
For a larger party, compare a 22-seater Coaster or another vehicle in the Royal Plus fleet. A higher seat count still needs a separate luggage check. Confirm where bags will be secured, with aisles and exits kept clear.
Tell the team about children’s ages and any child-restraint requirements before booking. If a passenger has limited mobility, explain boarding needs and whether they must remain in a wheelchair during travel. Do not assume a standard van or Coaster has a lift or a suitable wheelchair travel position.
5. Compare the complete airport transfer Dubai to Abu Dhabi price

A fare for an airport transfer within Dubai, an hourly hire or a full-day city trip should not be treated as the price for a Dubai-airport-to-Abu-Dhabi journey. For offices, conferences and events, ask the organiser for a usable drop-off point and the contact responsible for receiving the group. Share this information before travel, particularly if the site has controlled access or more than one entrance. If a stop for food or shopping is needed, include it in the route rather than adding it after the vehicle departs.
