A larger coach for conferences, wedding parties and group journeys. Share your luggage quantities so we can confirm the right vehicle and storage space.
Included: driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Our buses have passenger insurance. Weekly and monthly rentals are quoted individually.
Our bus options include air conditioning, reclining seats, seat belts, Wi-Fi, USB charging, a microphone and a screen. Confirm the allocated model and requested facilities when booking. Booking support is available 24/7.
Choose a suggested itinerary or your own stops, with a private vehicle and driver. Add a tour guide for AED 400 for 5 hours or AED 600 for 10 hours per vehicle in either city. Guide fees are additional to vehicle hire; attraction tickets are paid separately.

Tell us about luggage as well as passenger numbers. For a guided tour, we also confirm space for the guide. Vehicle-page prices apply to with-driver bookings; self-drive rentals have separate quotations.
Our published Dubai and Abu Dhabi full-day vehicle packages cover 10 hours. Extra-hour rates depend on the vehicle. See the relevant vehicle page or request a quote for a shorter booking.
Our published standard with-driver vehicle rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Staff contracts, longer rentals and self-drive bookings have their own quoted terms.
City tours can be booked with a driver only or with an additional tour guide. Guide charges are per vehicle, not per passenger. Attraction tickets are separate from vehicle and guide charges.
Your route, dates, hours, stops and vehicle determine the quotation. Confirm any waiting time, special requests, payment and cancellation terms with our team before finalising the booking.
A half-day booking covers 5 hours and a full-day booking covers 10 hours. Dubai coach rates are AED 600 / AED 800 for the 35-seater and AED 700 / AED 1,000 for the 50-seater, respectively. Extra time costs AED 100 per hour for the 35-seater or AED 130 per hour for the 50-seater.
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Our team will confirm vehicle availability, the itinerary and payment arrangements before you pay.
Cancellation more than 24 hours before the booked service has no cancellation charge. Rescheduling more than 24 hours in advance is possible, subject to availability. Contact our team for changes within 24 hours.
Yes. We provide flight tracking and meet-and-greet for airport arrivals. Two hours of waiting time are included; waiting beyond this is charged at the booked vehicle's extra-hour rate. Share your flight number and confirm the meeting arrangements with our team.
Yes. Weekly and monthly rentals are quoted individually according to the vehicle, route, operating hours and schedule. Send your requirements for a tailored quotation.
Yes, trips to Oman or Saudi Arabia can be arranged based on your requirements. Please enquire in advance so we can confirm the route, vehicle availability, travel requirements and quotation.
Yes. Child seats, wheelchair-accessible vehicles, event branding and decorations can be arranged based on your requirements. Tell us what you need before booking so we can confirm a suitable vehicle, availability and any additional charges.
