Private transfer questions
What is a point-to-point transfer?
It is a private vehicle-with-driver journey from an agreed pickup point to an agreed destination. Your party books the vehicle, rather than individual shared seats.
Do prices include fuel, Salik and parking?
Yes. The listed rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Confirm any additional stops or waiting requirements when requesting your quote.
Are the Dubai airport fares valid for all city journeys?
The Kia Carnival city-transfer fare is AED 200 one way within Dubai. Other vehicles’ listed Dubai rates are airport arrival or departure fares. Ask for a quote for other city journeys.
Can we book a return journey or multiple stops?
Yes. List both journey times and all required stops. The team will confirm the itinerary and total price before booking.
How many passengers can travel?
The fleet options above carry from six to 50 passengers plus a driver. The 15-seater minibus carries 14 passengers plus the driver. Tell us your luggage requirements as well as your headcount.
Can I hire by the hour?
The additional-hour rates shown apply after a 10-hour full-day package. They do not establish a separate hourly hire price. Send your requested itinerary and duration for advice.
Is shared staff transport available here?
This page is for private vehicle bookings. Our staff transportation service provides dedicated business transport tailored to company routes and shifts.
Can I request accessibility features or child seats?
Tell us the specific requirements before booking. Our team must confirm suitable vehicle availability and any additional charges; these features are not guaranteed by submitting the form.
Does sending the form confirm my booking?
No. It prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp or your email app. Send it there and wait for our team to confirm availability, the price and booking terms.
