Royal Plus Transport is a Dubai-based transport business established in 2016 and owned by Ahmad Ali. Our office is at Office 18, 1st Floor, Al Ahrar Building, next to Abu Baker Al Siddique Metro station, Deira, Dubai.
Information provided to us
Depending on your enquiry or booking, you may provide:
- Your name, telephone number, email address and company details.
- Travel dates, pickup times, pickup and destination addresses, passenger numbers, luggage details and requested vehicle or service.

- Billing details, payment references, receipts and transaction information associated with your booking.
For school transport or a child safety seat request, share only the child-related information needed to arrange the service. A parent, guardian or authorised school representative should handle these arrangements. Please avoid including unnecessary sensitive information in general enquiry messages.
Website enquiries and communications
Our Contact page enquiry form prepares a message and opens WhatsApp or your email application. You must press Send in that application to deliver the message. Opening the application does not confirm a booking.
When you contact us through WhatsApp, email or telephone, we receive the information you share through that channel. These communication providers also handle information under their own privacy policies.
How information is used
We use enquiry and booking information to respond to requests, prepare quotations, arrange vehicles and drivers, coordinate journeys, communicate booking changes, handle payments and resolve service issues. Information may also be needed for accounting, legal obligations and establishing or defending legal claims.
Payments
We accept cash, bank transfer, card machine payments and online payment links. The information involved depends on the method you choose.
Card machine and payment-link transactions involve the relevant payment provider. Bank transfers involve the banks processing the transfer. We may receive payment confirmations, transaction references and receipt details needed to reconcile a booking. The website enquiry form does not ask for card numbers or card security codes. Do not send those details through our general enquiry form, email or WhatsApp.
Sharing information
Information needed to fulfil a booking may be shared with the people arranging or providing your transport, including the assigned driver. Payment, communication, website hosting and technical service providers may process information in connection with their services. Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or in connection with legal claims.
