This service is dedicated transport arranged for a business or organisation. We do not sell individual shared seats through this staff transportation service.
Which vehicle sizes can we request?
We offer options from 7-seater cars to 50-seater buses. Tell us the passenger count for each shift so we can assess a suitable vehicle or combination of vehicles.
Can we request multiple pickups or shifts?
Yes. Include each pickup area, the number of staff boarding there and the arrival and return times for every shift. The proposed route and timetable are confirmed before booking.
Do you publish a fixed monthly price?
Staff transport pricing is tailored to the route, vehicles, operating days, shifts and service period. Request a quotation using the form below.
What is included in the quotation?
Ask for the quotation to specify vehicle and driver arrangements, fuel, tolls, parking, VAT and service hours, along with any additional-trip or schedule-change charges.
Can you arrange journeys outside Dubai?
Send both pickup and workplace locations, including the emirates involved. Our team will confirm route coverage and availability for your requirements.
Can we change staff numbers or routes later?
Contact our team with the proposed change. Revised vehicle availability, timing, pricing and contract conditions must be agreed before the change takes effect.
What happens if there is a delay or vehicle problem?
Agree the escalation contact and contingency arrangements with our team before service starts. Any replacement arrangements and response commitments should be stated in your agreement.
