Chauffeur Vehicle Options

Choose a 2026 GMC Yukon, Lexus LX 600 or Lexus GX 550 with a driver. Each of these vehicles accommodates six passengers plus the driver. Mercedes-Benz Viano, Mercedes Sprinter and Kia Carnival options are also available. Compare the confirmed SUV rates below.

Our Kia Carnival with a driver accommodates six passengers excluding the driver. For more than six passengers, compare our 12-seater van with a driver and confirm luggage capacity. We also offer minibuses and buses. You can view several options on our fleet page.

Ask for current vehicle details and photos if the interior or presentation is important for a client visit or special occasion. Wi-Fi, charging ports, reclining seats and other specific features should be confirmed for the vehicle offered.

Choose a Transfer, Half Day or Full Day

• One-way transfer: suitable when you need one pickup and one destination, such as an airport-to-hotel journey. Include any requested stops in the quotation.
• Half day: consider a shorter booking for a meeting followed by lunch or a small sightseeing itinerary. Confirm the start time, finish time and any waiting between stops.
• Full day: share a timed itinerary for several appointments or visits. For example, list your hotel pickup, Downtown Dubai meeting, Dubai Marina stop and final drop-off in order.

For each option, ask when the booked time begins and how extra stops or overtime are charged. If you plan to travel outside Dubai, include both emirates and your return arrangements in the enquiry.

Airport Transfers with a Driver

For an airport pickup or drop-off, send your flight number, arrival or departure date, airport and terminal, passenger count and destination address. Include suitcase quantities and sizes so we can discuss luggage space as well as seating. We track flights and provide meet-and-greet for airport pickups. Two hours of waiting are included; additional waiting is charged at the vehicle’s extra-hour rate (AED 150 per hour for the GMC Yukon, Lexus LX 600 and Lexus GX 550). Confirm your meeting point with our team before travelling.

If your party is arriving on different flights, explain the proposed arrangement when enquiring. Our airport transfer service can be quoted according to the required journey.

Corporate Travel and Client Visits

For meetings or business events, provide venue addresses, required arrival times and any additional stops. Specify whether you need a direct transfer, a return trip or a vehicle for a longer itinerary.

If you are arranging travel for a guest, confirm their passenger and luggage requirements and nominate a contact person for coordinating the booking. Include any particular vehicle request in the enquiry.

Family Outings and Special Events

A vehicle with a driver can help your family or guests follow one agreed travel plan. Share pickup points, destinations and return times, including any separate drop-offs.

Chauffeur Hire Prices in Dubai

Request a quotation for your chosen vehicle, dates, route and duration. Prices for one model should not be assumed to apply to another.

As a published price reference, our Kia Carnival accommodates six passengers plus the driver:

• Dubai half day: AED 350 for five hours.
• Dubai full day: AED 600 for ten hours.
• Dubai airport or city transfer: AED 200 one way.
• Extra time after ten hours: AED 60 per hour.

These rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Confirm your route, schedule and availability with our team. The GMC Yukon and Lexus rates are listed above. Mercedes Viano and Mercedes Sprinter bookings require a separate quotation.

Deposit, Cancellation and Rescheduling

• Deposit: a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
• Cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before pickup with no cancellation charge.
• Rescheduling: changes requested more than 24 hours before pickup are possible, subject to availability.

Can I choose a particular luxury car?

Tell us your preferred model and travel date. The team will confirm availability, the exact vehicle and its quotation. Request current photos and confirmation of any interior features that matter to you before finalising the booking.

Can I hire a car with a driver for several meetings?

Yes, you can request an itinerary with multiple stops. Provide every address, appointment time and expected waiting period so the team can confirm a suitable booking duration and price.

Are chauffeur prices the same for all vehicles?

No. A 10-hour Dubai booking costs AED 1,200 for the GMC Yukon or AED 1,300 for either Lexus LX 600 or GX 550. Their five-hour Dubai rate is AED 700, and a one-way Dubai airport transfer is AED 400. Kia Carnival prices apply only to that vehicle; Mercedes options are quoted separately. Confirm waiting arrangements and cancellation terms before booking.
