Changing requirements

If your passenger numbers, dates or route may change, include that in your enquiry. Vehicle changes, extensions and any revised charges are subject to availability and agreement.

For groups requiring several vehicles, include the passenger count and schedule for each route.

Rental pricing based on your schedule

Your quote depends on the vehicle, rental period, operating days, hours per day, routes, stops and number of journeys. A monthly contract is quoted separately from a one-day booking.

Agree the scope before booking: vehicle and driver arrangements, fuel, Salik, parking, VAT, maintenance responsibilities, service hours, additional journeys, overtime and cancellation terms.

Confirmed 10-hour day packages are listed on the individual vehicle pages. Shorter bookings, weekly schedules and long-term rentals require a quotation; there is no universal three-hour price or monthly rate on this page.

Short and long-term rental questions

Can I rent for a few hours?

Send the duration and itinerary you need. We will confirm availability, the applicable minimum booking and a price. Extra-hour rates for full-day packages are not standalone hourly rental rates.

Do you offer weekly and monthly rentals?

Yes. Request a quotation with your dates, operating days, daily hours and routes. The service and contract terms are agreed before booking.

Is a driver provided?

This page covers vehicle rentals with a driver. Confirm the driver schedule and any requirements for multiple shifts when requesting your quotation.

Are maintenance and replacement arrangements included?

Ask our team to specify maintenance responsibilities, contingency arrangements and any replacement commitments in your quotation or agreement. No fixed replacement response time is promised on this page.

Can I change to a larger or smaller vehicle?

Request the change as early as possible. Vehicle changes depend on availability and an agreed revision to pricing and booking terms.

Can I extend the rental?

Contact our team with the new dates and schedule. Extensions require confirmation of vehicle availability and the revised price.

Do you cover routes outside Dubai?

Include the emirates, pickup points and destinations in your enquiry. We will confirm route coverage and the quotation for your proposed service.

Does submitting the form confirm my rental?

No. The form prepares an enquiry in WhatsApp or your email app. Send it there, then confirm the quotation, availability, payment and cancellation terms with our team.
