Sharjah Bus and Van Rental Prices

All prices below are per vehicle in AED. Choose the service that matches your route, hours and passenger needs.

Full-Day and Half-Day Hire

Full-day inclusions: driver, fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. The 10 hours start at customer pickup, with unlimited mileage within the agreed route during those 10 hours. Confirm the offered vehicle and exact route before booking.

Half-day rental terms: 5 hours starting at customer pickup, including the driver, fuel, tolls, parking and VAT. Mileage is unlimited within the agreed route during those 5 hours. Additional time is charged at the vehicle extra-hour rate shown above.

Sharjah Airport Transfers — SHJ and Sharjah City

One-way arrival means SHJ Airport to your Sharjah city destination. One-way departure means your Sharjah city pickup to SHJ Airport. Remote areas and additional stops require route confirmation.

Arrival prices already include one airport parking charge: AED 30 for cars and passenger vans, or AED 200 for Coasters, Rosa, larger buses and Mercedes Sprinters. Do not add this parking charge again.

Airport transfer inclusions: driver, fuel, agreed-route tolls and VAT are included. Arrivals include 60 minutes of waiting from the actual flight landing time; departures include 15 minutes from the agreed pickup time. Additional waiting is charged at the vehicle hourly rate shown above. Additional parking beyond the included allowance is charged at actual cost.

Monthly Hire with a Driver

Monthly rental terms: an agreed regular route and schedule, 26 service days per month, up to 10 duty hours per day and 5,000 km per month. Driver, fuel within this allowance and VAT are included. Tolls and parking are charged separately at actual cost. These packages do not cover unrestricted touring.

Monthly payment: the full first monthly amount is payable before service starts. Each following monthly payment is due before the new monthly service period. No separate security deposit applies to these rentals with a driver. Extra hours, excess mileage, tolls and parking are itemised and paid monthly.

Excess-mileage rates include VAT and apply above the 5,000 km monthly allowance. Extra kilometres are itemised and billed monthly. Monthly cancellation and early-termination terms are set out below.

Plan Your Sharjah Pickup and Route

Provide a map pin and the exact pickup entrance, particularly for hotels, residential buildings, workplaces and event venues. For multiple pickups, list each address and the number of passengers joining there.

• Travel within Sharjah: send your stops in order and the time your group needs to arrive.
• Travel between emirates: state whether your route includes Dubai, Ajman or Abu Dhabi, and whether the bus should wait or collect you later.
• Airport journeys: specify SHJ, DXB or DWC, the terminal, flight number, passenger count and luggage. Meeting points and waiting arrangements must be agreed before booking.

Pickup Areas Included in Standard Rates

Pickups in Al Nahda, Al Majaz, Al Khan, Al Taawun, Al Qasimia, Muwaileh, Sharjah Industrial Areas and SAIF Zone are covered without extra pickup charges.

Outlying Sharjah Areas

Pickups in Al Dhaid, Khor Fakkan, Kalba and Dibba Al Hisn are available and quoted separately based on pickup location, route and vehicle.

Payment, Cancellation and Rescheduling

The following booking terms apply to daily, half-day and airport bookings.

Advance Payment and Balance

• For bookings made more than 24 hours before pickup, a 30% advance payment confirms the booking.
• The remaining 70% is due at least 24 hours before pickup.
• For bookings made within 24 hours of pickup, full payment is required to confirm.

Cancellation

For airport arrivals, a flight delay alone does not count as a no-show. The included 60-minute waiting allowance starts from actual flight landing.

Changing Your Booking

• With at least 24 hours of notice, one date or time change is free, subject to vehicle availability.
• Changes requested less than 24 hours before pickup are considered individually. Any charge is confirmed before acceptance.
• Payments transfer to the revised booking. Any price difference for a change in vehicle, route or duration is payable or refundable.
• If the requested change is unavailable, the original booking remains valid. Cancelling it follows the cancellation policy above.

For airport arrivals, flight delays are handled using actual landing time and do not count as rescheduling requests.

Monthly Rentals with a Driver

Monthly charges are paid in advance before each service period, with no separate security deposit. Extra hours, excess mileage, tolls and parking are itemised and paid monthly. See the monthly price table for the service allowance and inclusions.

Monthly Cancellation and Early Termination

Additional charges already incurred remain payable. Longer fixed-term contracts require their own agreed cancellation terms.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I choose the right bus size?

Start with the passenger count, then add the number and size of your bags. A vehicle with enough seats may not have enough luggage space for a full group with suitcases. Send both details for a suitable recommendation.

Can 12 passengers travel in a Hiace with full-size suitcases?

The Hiace seats 12 passengers excluding the driver, but our suitcase planning arrangement is 8 passengers with one large suitcase and one small bag each. Ask about a larger vehicle for a bigger group travelling with bags.

Can I request several pickup points or a return trip?

Yes, include every stop and your requested return time in the enquiry. The team will confirm whether the itinerary can be accommodated and quote for the agreed route and time.

Can I request a monthly bus arrangement?

Send the number of service days, daily trips, shift times and pickup locations for a tailored quotation. Monthly terms and inclusions will be confirmed for the proposed schedule.

Does sending an enquiry confirm my booking?

No. Wait for confirmation of the vehicle, price, payment terms and pickup arrangements before treating the journey as booked.
