Coach Hire Dubai The Ultimate Transportation Solution for All Your Needs

Coach hire in Dubai can help you arrange transport for a conference, wedding, group tour or family event. Royal Plus Transport offers buses with a driver, with the vehicle and itinerary confirmed around your passenger numbers and travel plans.

Start with your travel date, pickup points, destinations and expected return time. Include luggage and any specific vehicle requirements so our team can prepare a suitable quotation.

Choosing a Coach for Your Group

Our larger vehicle options include 35-seater buses and 50-seater buses. We also offer 30-seater vehicles and smaller minibuses for groups that need fewer seats.

Include accompanying adults and any guide in the passenger count. Tell us about suitcases, strollers or equipment before booking so we can check storage space as well as seating.

If you want reclining seats, an entertainment system or another particular feature, request confirmation for the coach offered. Current vehicle photos and details can help you assess the arrangement before deciding.

Coach Hire for Events and Corporate Journeys

For a conference or business event, provide venue addresses and required arrival times. Specify whether the coach is needed for a direct transfer, a return journey or several stops.

For weddings and family gatherings, include guest pickup locations and the number of people boarding at each stop. If some guests will return earlier than others, explain the separate journeys when requesting your quote.

Nominate a group contact and share the agreed meeting instructions with your passengers. Allow time for everyone to gather and board when discussing the schedule.

Sightseeing and Inter-Emirate Trips

For a group tour, send your preferred destinations and the time you want to spend at each stop. Our Dubai and Abu Dhabi city tour service can be discussed around a suggested itinerary or your own route.

The standard transport service includes a driver. A tour guide and attraction tickets are separate, so mention these when discussing your plans.

For journeys between emirates, provide the full pickup and destination addresses and specify whether you need a one-way or return booking. Include waiting periods and any additional stops in the quotation request.

Coach Hire Prices

Our standard 10-hour transport rates for the following vehicles are:

• 35-seater bus: AED 800 for Dubai or AED 900 for an Abu Dhabi booking.
• 50-seater bus: AED 1,000 for Dubai or AED 1,100 for an Abu Dhabi booking.

Additional time after the booked 10 hours is AED 100 per hour for the 35-seater and AED 130 per hour for the 50-seater. These standard rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service.

Confirm your route, schedule and vehicle availability with our team to establish the applicable quotation. Other vehicles, special requirements, transfers and recurring services are quoted according to your requested arrangement.

Airport Transfers and Luggage

For an airport transfer, send flight details, passenger numbers, hotel or destination addresses, and suitcase quantities and sizes. Do not assume that a coach’s seating capacity guarantees space for every luggage combination.

Our standard one-way Dubai airport transfer rate is AED 500 for the 35-seater bus or AED 600 for the 50-seater bus. Confirm the applicable booking and luggage arrangement with our team.

Alternatives for Smaller Groups

Our fleet options include the 12-seater Hiace, accommodating 12 passengers excluding the driver, and the 15-seater minibus option, accommodating 14 passengers excluding the driver. We also offer 20-seater, 22-seater and 26-seater vehicles.

Mercedes Sprinter and Mercedes Viano vehicles are also offered. Ask our team to confirm the exact model, passenger capacity and facilities rather than assuming all vehicles share the same configuration.
