Royal Plus Transport offers flexible transport arrangements with a driver for short journeys, day trips and recurring travel. Whether you need a transfer, several days of sightseeing or a regular staff route, share your dates and timetable so we can quote the service you need.

The rental period and the hours of service are different details. A daily booking does not automatically include 24 hours of vehicle use, and a weekly or monthly arrangement should specify the operating days, routes and hours.

Hourly and Short-Duration Enquiries

For a meeting, shopping trip or short outing, send your pickup location, destination, required start and finish times, and any waiting periods. Our team will confirm whether a transfer or a time-based arrangement suits your journey, along with the applicable quotation and any minimum booking duration.

For a direct trip between locations, see our private transfer service. Extra-hour rates attached to a longer booking should not be treated as standalone hourly rental prices.

Daily Rentals for Tours, Events and Business Travel

A day booking can suit an itinerary with several stops. Provide your departure time, destinations, expected waiting periods and return time so we can confirm the arrangement.

Examples of our standard Dubai transport rates are:

• 12-seater Hiace: AED 550 for 10 hours.
• 15-seater minibus: AED 500 for 10 hours; accommodates 14 passengers excluding the driver.
• 35-seater bus: AED 800 for 10 hours.
• 50-seater bus: AED 1,000 for 10 hours.

These standard rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Confirm your full route, schedule and vehicle availability with our team before booking.

Additional time after the booked 10 hours is AED 60 per hour for the 12-seater Hiace, AED 50 for the 15-seater minibus, AED 100 for the 35-seater and AED 130 for the 50-seater.

Weekly Rentals for Extended Trips

If you need transport over a week, provide a schedule for each day. Include the days you need service, pickup and drop-off locations, daily start and finish times, and any journeys outside Dubai.

A family itinerary may change from day to day, while a business booking may follow a regular route. We quote weekly arrangements according to the requested service rather than assuming one daily schedule applies throughout the week.

Ask our team to confirm the weekly quotation, included service days and hours, and charges for changes or additional journeys.

Monthly Rentals and Recurring Transport

Monthly transport can be discussed for staff journeys, ongoing projects or other recurring needs. Send the service period, passenger count, route and timetable, including different shifts or weekend requirements.

Weekly and monthly prices are provided according to your requirements. Any cost comparison with separate daily bookings should use the same vehicle, routes and service hours.

If your group size changes during the rental period, include the maximum passenger count and explain which days it applies to. Confirm any particular vehicle features you need before booking.
