Choose the vehicle around passengers and luggage

Start with the number of people travelling, including children, then list large suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items separately. A vehicle’s seating capacity does not guarantee space for the same number of large bags. Share stroller or mobility-equipment dimensions so the team can assess the available vehicle before confirming it.

Decide whether you need a transfer or a vehicle for the day

A one-way transfer takes your group between the agreed pickup and drop-off locations. If you need a return journey, provide the return pickup time and address when requesting the quote. Do not assume that a return trip or several hours of waiting are included in a one-way price.

Allow time for the actual pickup and destination

Dubai and Abu Dhabi each cover a wide area. A hotel-to-hotel journey, an airport pickup and a trip to an attraction can involve different routes and timings. Send map pins or full addresses, rather than only the city names.

Tell us your required arrival time if you have a flight, meeting or timed entry. Traffic, pickup arrangements and planned stops can affect the journey, so ask for a suitable departure time with a buffer. We cannot promise a fixed time saving or a traffic-free trip.

What should the private-transfer quote include?

Request a quote for the complete journey and check these points before confirming:

The vehicle type, passenger capacity and agreed luggage allowance.
The pickup date, time, location and destination.
Whether the booking is one-way, return or includes waiting and additional stops.
Whether fuel, tolls, parking and VAT are included.
Any waiting-time, extra-hour or route-change charges.
The payment, cancellation and booking-confirmation terms.

The price is for the agreed private booking. It is not a public-bus ticket or a shared-seat fare. Ask for an updated quote if your passenger count, route or timings change.

Airport pickups and special requirements

For an airport journey, provide the airport, terminal, flight number and arrival or departure date. Confirm the meeting point and waiting allowance with the team. Mention child-seat or accessibility requirements before booking so availability and suitability can be checked.
