Tell us about luggage, strollers or equipment before booking. Enough seats do not automatically mean there is space for every luggage combination. If Wi-Fi, reclining seats or another onboard feature matters to your group, request confirmation before deciding.

Coordinate Pickup Points and Return Times

For several pickup locations, provide the addresses and the number of passengers boarding at each stop. Nominate a group contact and share the agreed meeting instructions with everyone travelling.

Include waiting periods, additional stops and the final drop-off arrangements in your itinerary. If some passengers need to return earlier, explain that when requesting the quote so the required journeys can be considered.

Group Transportation Prices in Dubai

Examples of standard Dubai rates for a 10-hour booking are:

• 15-seater minibus: AED 500.
• 12-seater Hiace: AED 550.
• 22-seater minibus: AED 600.
• 35-seater bus: AED 800.
• 50-seater bus: AED 1,000.

These rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Additional time after 10 hours is AED 50 per hour for the 15-seater, AED 60 for the 12-seater Hiace, AED 80 for the 22-seater, AED 100 for the 35-seater and AED 130 for the 50-seater.
