Dubai Bus Rental Prices for a 10-Hour Booking

Our standard Dubai rates for the following vehicles are:

• 15-seater minibus: AED 500; accommodates 14 passengers excluding the driver.
• 12-seater Hiace: AED 550; accommodates 12 passengers excluding the driver.
• 22-seater minibus: AED 600.
• 26-seater Rosa bus: AED 650.
• 35-seater bus: AED 800.
• 50-seater bus: AED 1,000.

These prices include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Send your pickup location, complete route and schedule to confirm the applicable quotation and availability.

Additional time after the booked 10 hours is AED 50 per hour for the 15-seater, AED 60 for the 12-seater Hiace, AED 80 for the 22-seater or 26-seater, AED 100 for the 35-seater, and AED 130 for the 50-seater.

Choose the Vehicle That Fits Your Group

A smaller vehicle is not automatically the lowest-priced option, as the rates above show. Compare the actual quote alongside passenger capacity, luggage space and the vehicle offered.

Our 15-seater minibus option and 12-seater Hiace can suit groups that do not need a larger bus. For more passengers, compare our 22-seater minibus, 26-seater Rosa bus, 35-seater bus and 50-seater bus.

We also offer 20-seater and 30-seater vehicles, Mercedes Sprinter and other vehicle options. Ask for a separate quotation and confirmation of the exact capacity and features for those vehicles.

Compare the Total Group Cost

Dividing the quoted vehicle price by the number of people travelling can help you plan a group budget. For example, a standard AED 1,000 Dubai booking shared by 40 passengers works out to AED 25 per person for the booked 10-hour service.

This is a budgeting example, not an individually sold seat fare. The booking is for the vehicle, and extra time or services outside the agreed booking can change the total.

If you are comparing one bus with several smaller vehicles, request quotes for the same route, stops and duration before deciding which arrangement suits your group.

Airport Transfers and Shorter Journeys

You may need a one-way transfer rather than a 10-hour booking. Our standard one-way Dubai airport transfer rates include AED 200 for the 15-seater minibus and AED 220 for the 12-seater Hiace.

Provide your flight details, pickup or drop-off address, passenger count and suitcase sizes when requesting an airport transfer. Seating capacity does not guarantee room for every luggage combination, so the arrangement must be checked for your group.

For other direct journeys, request a private transfer quotation. Abu Dhabi journeys and other inter-emirate routes should be quoted against your full itinerary.
