Choose Your Minibus by Passenger Count
Vehicle names do not always tell you how many passengers can travel alongside the driver. Confirm the actual passenger capacity of the offered vehicle.
- 12-seater Hiace: accommodates 12 passengers excluding the driver. For travel with luggage, plan for 8 passengers, each with one large suitcase and one small bag; confirm bag sizes and any bulky items before booking.
- 15-seater minibus: accommodates 14 passengers excluding the driver.
- Other options: we also offer 20-seater, 22-seater and 26-seater vehicles, with larger buses available for bigger groups.
Include accompanying adults and any guide in your passenger total. Tell us how many suitcases, strollers or bulky items you will bring so we can consider storage space as well as seats.

These rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service.
Confirm the applicable quotation for your route, schedule and available vehicle. Transfers, other vehicles and recurring journeys require the price for the requested arrangement rather than an assumed hourly or monthly rate.
Deposit, Cancellation and Rescheduling
- Deposit: a 30% deposit is required to secure your booking.
- Cancellation: cancel more than 24 hours before pickup with no cancellation charge.
- Rescheduling: changes requested more than 24 hours before pickup are possible, subject to availability.
For changes within 24 hours of pickup, contact our team to confirm the applicable arrangements. Booking support is available 24/7.
Questions to Ask Before Confirming
- Which vehicle is being offered, and how many passengers can it accommodate?
- Is there enough storage space for our luggage?
- Are the requested onboard features available on that vehicle?
- What start time, finish time, route and waiting periods does the price cover?
- How are extra time, itinerary changes and cancellation handled?
If Wi-Fi, reclining seats, charging ports or entertainment equipment matters to your group, request confirmation for the specific vehicle. You can also ask for current vehicle details and photos.
Journeys You Can Arrange
For an airport transfer, provide flight details, hotel or destination addresses, passenger numbers and suitcase sizes. We track flights and provide meet-and-greet for airport pickups. Two hours of waiting are included; additional waiting is charged at the vehicle’s extra-hour rate: AED 60 for the 12-seater Hiace, AED 50 for the 15-seater minibus or AED 80 for the 22-seater minibus. Confirm the meeting point before travelling.
For a Dubai or Abu Dhabi city tour, send your preferred stops and available hours. A tour guide and attraction tickets are separate from the standard transport service.
For corporate events or school trips, include the venue, required arrival time and total number of passengers, including accompanying adults. For recurring staff transport, provide the service period and shift timetable.
