Royal Plus Transport offers bus rental in Abu Dhabi with a driver for group tours, corporate journeys, family outings and events. Bookings are for a private vehicle with a driver; we do not sell individual seats on shared rides. We also arrange journeys between Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Our transport service operates 24/7, with journey arrangements confirmed when booking. Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9am to 7pm.

Start with the type of journey: a direct transfer, a return trip with a fixed collection time, or a full-day itinerary with several stops. This helps us quote the time and vehicle your group actually needs.

• Airport arrivals: share the flight number, arrival date and time, terminal, hotel address and luggage count. Confirm the meeting point and arrangements for flight delays before booking.
• Hotel and event pickups: provide the hotel entrance or venue pickup point, a map pin and the organiser’s contact number. For several hotels, list every address and the number of passengers at each stop.
• Days out: if your plans include Yas Island, Saadiyat Island or other Abu Dhabi destinations, send the stops in order, visit times and final drop-off. Our team will confirm whether the proposed schedule is practical.
• Return journeys: agree the collection time and location, and clarify whether the vehicle will wait or return later. Ask how changes to the agreed schedule will be charged.

Confirm venue access and any required attraction reservations separately. Tell us about child-seat or accessibility requirements before paying so we can confirm whether the offered vehicle meets your needs.

Choose a vehicle based on your passenger count, luggage and itinerary. Include any accompanying guide or other adult in the passenger total, and tell us about suitcases or equipment before booking.

Small Groups and Families

Our Kia Carnival accommodates six passengers excluding the driver. For a larger group, the 12-seater Toyota Hiace accommodates 12 passengers excluding the driver. The 15-seater minibus option accommodates 14 passengers excluding the driver.

Seating capacity alone does not confirm luggage space. Send the number and size of your bags so our team can discuss a suitable arrangement.

Minibuses and Larger Buses

Our options include 20-seater and 30-seater vehicles, as well as 22-seater minibuses, 26-seater Rosa buses, 35-seater buses and 50-seater buses. Ask us to confirm the available vehicle and its suitability for your group.

Mercedes Sprinter and Other Vehicle Requests

Mercedes Sprinter vehicles are also available through Royal Plus Transport. If you need a particular model, seating arrangement or onboard feature, include it in your enquiry. Capacity, facilities and pricing should be confirmed for the vehicle offered.

Bus Rental Prices for Abu Dhabi

Our standard Abu Dhabi rates for a 10-hour booking are:

• 12-seater Hiace: AED 600; additional time after 10 hours is AED 60 per hour.
• 15-seater minibus: AED 600; additional time after 10 hours is AED 50 per hour.
• 22-seater minibus: AED 700; additional time after 10 hours is AED 80 per hour.
• 26-seater Rosa bus: AED 750; additional time after 10 hours is AED 80 per hour.
• 35-seater bus: AED 900; additional time after 10 hours is AED 100 per hour.
• 50-seater bus: AED 1,100; additional time after 10 hours is AED 130 per hour.

These standard transport rates include the driver, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT for the booked service. Send your pickup point, route and schedule to confirm the applicable price and availability. Other vehicles, one-way transfers and longer rental periods are quoted according to your requirements.

Dubai to Abu Dhabi Group Transport

For a journey between Dubai and Abu Dhabi, specify whether you need a one-way transfer, a return journey or a vehicle for an itinerary with multiple stops. Include pickup and drop-off addresses, expected departure and return times, and any waiting time needed at your destination.

Can I book one seat on a bus to Abu Dhabi?

No. Royal Plus provides private vehicle bookings with a driver for your group. We do not offer shared-seat tickets or a scheduled public bus service.

Is a minibus suitable for an airport transfer with luggage?

It depends on both the passenger count and the bags. Send the number of large suitcases, cabin bags and bulky items. Compare the 22-seater minibus for a larger group, but have the luggage arrangement confirmed before choosing a vehicle.

Can we visit Abu Dhabi and return to Dubai the same day?

You can request a private return itinerary. Send both addresses, your planned stops and the required return time. The team will confirm availability, the booked hours and any additional-time charges for your route.
